Without a keyboard, your BIOS may refuse to boot. Try it and see. Some
BIOSes are configurable (look for "keyboard lock", "keyboard present" or
similar in the setup).

You'll have to remove the password protection on Windows (chances are,
it would be easy for an intruder to bypass anyway) - unless you can get
VNC to start before the password checker does, and hence enter your
password remotely. (VNC provides its own password system anyway.)

Without a monitor connected, Win95 doesn't display anything on screen,
which includes VNC. A while ago this problem was discussed on the list.
 It depends on your graphics card - it may be possible to fool Windows
into thinking a monitor is connected.

BTW, you'll find that WinVNC is _much_ slower than using a monitor
switch, though it may be "nicer" and more convenient. Displaying X
inside Win95 using VNC would be slower than sitting in front of your
Linux box, but probably usable.
