Redraw optimization.

Sniffer result showing different.
The result differ from application to application.
Even with the same I get different network traffic.

TEST DONE

Application: winamp
time: 2.37 min measure (time of a song)
ntop (solaris) for measurement of net traffic

zlib: with and without change, differ from 1.6k/s and 1.8k/s
corre: 7,6K/s 8.1K/s
hextile 5.7k/s 5.8K/s

sometime it faster with, sometimes without.
For some applications it could be faster, but the difference is to small.
In other case you even more traffic

But

THIS PATCH DONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
