Vnc can reboot an NT server by simply going to start->shutdown on the
remote machine.
if you're trying to get it to shutdown automatically without your
intervention, then I would have to say vnc can't do that.
As for sending CTRL-ALT-DELETE, you use the dropdown menu in the
upper left corner of the window (I can never remember what that
stupid menu is called). It's the one with minimize, close, maximize,
etc. It has "Send CTRL-ALT-Del"
Due to the wonders of Microsoft, you can't send one directly by just
hitting Ctrl-alt-del
