VNC Problems...

Hello !

I got an old 486DX33 computer which I use now as a
fax server. I'm running windows95 with 20MB RAM.
I have FAXMAKER (fax server software) installed.

The fax server was running stable without any errors.
Yesterday I found VNC and I would like to use it.
I don't want to have a second monitor or a monitor switch
and with VNC I could control the fax server if it's necessary.

Well, I downloaded the software, installed it and
after some time I could control the fax server
with VNC from my other computer (windows95 too !).
I thought all is working ok but today in the morning
the fax server wasn't working ! It stopped after
restarting windows95 at night. I get also the same errors
if I only want to logon again but it's not always !

Here are the messages:

- sometimes I get the following messages:

WINVNC: This application is stopped due to an illegal
process. Call the developer if this problem
           exists further.
In this case I can't do anything and I must switch off
the computer with the power supply.

- The heavy error 0E occured at address 0028:C001947F
in the file IFSMGR(01)+00003DF. The call came from
  0028:C003CC80 in VxD VREDIR(01)+00005EDC. It's possible
  to continue the application.

Sometimes it's also an other filename...
I get these messages on both sides. Not at the same time but
one time on the server side and the other time with the viewer.
After these messages I get only problems and must switch off
the computer...

Well I'm really at a loss now... :-(
I don't know what to do. Is it a problem with VNC, network
or my hardware ??? Can I change any settings to fix the errors ?
Anybody have any idea to help ???

Any suggestions are welcome...

Claus
